About

Hello! I'm Tasman and I used to to consider myself an aethist. However, through intentional friendships and an encounter with the Lord, I realized I was wrong and that God is worthy of my whole life. The apathy I felt was replaced with a joy and wonder about the nature and character of God.

After seven years of walking with Jesus and six years of life in campus ministry, I know that what Jesus did in my heart, is what He wants to do in the hearts of all secular people. During a short term trip to Athens, Greece in 2018, I saw greek students believing and saying the same things I did before I understood what I meant to have a personal relationship with Jesus. The differece is that I had access to people who believed that Jesus is who He said He is, and they do not.

I am about to head to Athens to begin my first term which will include: language school, building relationships with Greek students and locals, and serving the local church and student ministry (Students for Christ). I have seen the freedom that comes from a life surrendered to Jesus. My hope is that with the Holy Spirit, Greece will become a nation that returns to their first love. A country that takes up a responsiblity for their neighbors and the world to know Jesus.

Thank you for your support and prayers!

"The Lord your God in your midst,
The Mighty One, will save;
He will rejoice over you with gladness,
He will quiet you with His love,
He will rejoice over you with singing.”

Zephaniah 3:17
