Neil resources and supports the international ministries of Assemblies of God World Missions. These nine ministries uniquely provide evangelism, discipleship, and compassion ministry on a global scale. They reach into countries where missionaries often cannot physically go or permanently reside, through innovative means such as disaster relief, construction, providing Bibles, and evangelism and discipleship via the Internet and cell phone memory cards. Neil serves as the AGWM IM Pipeline Coordinator, helping others called to missions find a place of service.
Neil began in ministry serving as Director of Education for Teen Challenge. Upon starting in world missions, he impacted Latin America with evangelism programs at STAR Ministries; helped launch the Book of Hope and FireBibles at Life Publishers; created interactive evangelism and discipleship tools at Global University; developed 10 evangelism/training websites for compassion ministries and children’s workers worldwide; and was associate editor of the World Missions Edition of the Pentecostal Evangel. Neil is a member of the Evangelical Press Association and International Pentecostal Press Association.
