Efrain & Catherine Figueroa

As missionary educators with Caribbean School of Theology, we enjoy conducting theology and pastoral leadership classes, with special attention given to pastors from unreached people groups. We are called to assist and train pastors of new churches that are being planted among the unreached. This includes sites in Suriname, Belize, Guyana, and the islands.

Prior to missionary work, we served as associate and interim pastors. From 2007 until 2019, we served as AGWM missionary educators in Oaxaca, Mexico. In Mexico, we established the first Bible Institute focused on indigenous pastors working among unreached people. From 2020 to 2023, we served at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary as Missionaries in Residence, Spanish District Liaisons, and enrollment coordinators. At AGTS, we helped establish the first Spanish master's degree program.
