In 1982 Judy founded and directed the Bible School in Barranquilla, Colombia, and in 1986 she and her late husband, Steve Graner, built the present building and continued as directors until 1993. They also participated in training and sending national missionaries to Unreached People Groups. Judy and Steve taught in various Bible schools in Colombia and throughout Latin America and the Caribbean for the Latin American Advanced School of Theology (ISUM).
